Door Leaf
Made by the joint of two sheets of hot dipped galvanised steel (0.8 mm thick each) one of them shaping an omega to produce a fully edged and rebated door. Lock area is reinforced by means of a metallic sheet. Hinges area as well as all along the leaf are reinforced with an iron profile. The leaf allows by means of profiles of aluminium arranged in its perimeter the assembling of interior and exterior decorative boards of different finished and materials.

Frame and Sub-Frame
The frame is made of galvanised steel 2mm thick and provided with drills to receive the passive bolts and lock points. The frame joins the sub-frame by steel screws. The sub-frame is made of galvanised iron, shaped in cold and has defined forms for the perfect anchorage with the frame and it is reinforced.

Weather Resistance Sea
L Self-adhesive sealing gasket in extruded E.P.D.M. rubber encased in the edge rebate of the door providing an excellent draught proof protection. This seal allows the perfect union of the frame and the door's leaf.

Set Lock Detail
High quality security lock system of 3 point (8 bolts) with a special steel anti-drill shield incorporating euro-profile cylinder and coded key. The central lock is made of steel and prepared for the vertical exit of two pipes (502 mm and 512 mm.) 18 mm thick that drives the auxiliary locks also made of steel and with 2 bolts each one.

Hinges Detail
Three hinges made of steel and shaped in cold with a decorative cap of brass. Fixed to the door by electrical weld and to the frame by screws of steel.

Handles an Accesories
Handles and knob made of an alloy of brass shaped in warmly by means of printing from a bar of this material with later treatment of chromed and glossed. Other optional accessories: eye viewer, brass knobs, electrical opener, anti-panic closer and endless different configurations to fit your door with your personality.

Automatic Bottom Seal
The function of the automatic bottom seal is to avoid air and strange bodies inlet between pavement and the base of the door. Placed in the bottom part of the door is activated automatically any time the door is opened or closed.

Passive Bolts
Four bolts placed in the hinge's side of the door, penetrate the frame to help to support the effort caused by a possible leverage.
