Door leaf: This is made by joining two sheets of hot dipped galvanised rolled steel, each 1,0 mm. thick, which are simultaneously formed (in a patented process which overcomes the need for any welding) to produce a fully edged and rebated door, without having to incorporate other materials, such as wood, which would reduce the stability of the door. High-density polyurethane foam in-fill means an integral door leaf of unmatched structural stability and strength while providing a high degree thermal and acoustic insulation.

Weather resistance: An adhesive isolation seal encased in the edge rebate of the door, provides a very good draught proof protection. Optionally, the same rebated edge and compression seal on the bottom of the leaf together with an aluminium threshold gives a perfect protection.

Hinges: Very high security hinges are made of with special aluminium alloy, an exclusive nti-crowbar theft system, as well as a built in vertical adjustment.

Frame: Exclusive design with soft shapes made of the same high quality raw material as the door leaf but in 1,5 mm. thick steel. The internal face of the door finishes flush with the inside edge of the frame.

Flexible bottom seat: Optional.

Door furniture: As standard, an inside lever handle and outside knob, both made of polished brass. Optional extras include wide-angle eye viewer, brass knocker, aluminium threshold nd rain deflector.

Locks: High quality lock system of 1 or 3 points with a special steel anti-drillshield, incorporating euro- profile cylinder and standard key for 1 point and coded key for 3 point lock.

Easy installation: All frames are fitted with anchor lugs for securing into brickwork or may be screwed into a sub-frame (only with 120 mm. frame, optional).
